PERMISSION TO PROCEED WITH AN INTERVIEW SESSION.  DATE: 21/05/2025  PLATFORM: WHATSAPP On 21st May 2025, I, Peria Loshene a/p Partibaan as a representative for our Service Marketing Assignment group contacted the owner of Wood Valley Homestay, Arau. I contacted the owner of the homestay stated regarding the interview session we need to proceed with for completing our group assignment. Not long, the homestay of the homestay stated agreed to have an interview session face to face and the owner also offered us to look around the homestay.  This interview session was discussed and plan to have on Monday, 26/05/2025 at 10 am in Wood Valley Homestay. We hope we will be filled with great and interesting information about the homestay.  We would like to thank and appreciate from our bottom of our heart to the owner for letting us interview regarding Wood Valley Homestay.

 –Initial Group Discussion via Teams Date: 17 May 2025 Platform: Teams Attendees: 6/6 Duration: 1 hour ⸻      On 17 may 2025, our group held our first meeting for the SULAM project through Teams. The main objective of the meeting was to understand the project requirements and discuss how we would approach the tasks, especially focusing on the application of the 4Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to homestay services in Perlis. The discussion was attended by all group members, and we spent approximately 1 hour to planning and organizing our responsibilities.      During the session, we began by reviewing the SULAM Project Instruction document shared by our lecturer. This helped us clarify the overall expectations, such as the need to maintain an e-logbook for six weeks and the importance of updating it weekly with our progress.
